Lieberman, Ryan & Forrest, L.L.C., was established in 1983 by Marvin Lieberman and Tom Ryan. Mr. Ryan has passed away, but his influence lives on in our firm’s commitment to personal service and legal excellence. Our entire professional staff remains dedicated to helping clients with matters related to personal injury claims, obtaining workers’ compensation benefits and Social Security Disability Appeals.

The attorneys at Lieberman, Ryan & Forrest are highly skilled professionals with experience in all areas of personal injury, workers’ compensation and Social Security Disability law.
- Marvin S. Lieberman, our firm’s founder, has been practicing law since 1962. He opened his own practice in 1971 and continued to represent those who have been injured or disabled. In 1985, Mr. Lieberman was one of the earliest in New Jersey to become a certified civil trial attorney.
- Robert Forrest has been practicing law since 1984 and joined our firm in 1989. His handling of difficult and expensive claims for defective products, car accidents, medical malpractice and other personal injury claims has resulted in Mr. Forrest becoming “lead counsel” for our firm.
Mr. Forrest is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York.
