Four New Jersey residents were taken to area hospitals after an early morning multi-car accident. Reports are unclear as to the reason behind the crash. Police looked to the community for any witnesses who were at the scene to help with the car accident investigation.

A New Brunswick resident collided with four different vehicles while driving his 2001 Mercedes on the evening of Sept. 28. The driver's troubles began when he hit a Nissan traveling on Route 27 and left the scene. Then, traveling on Jersey Avenue, the man crashed his car into the rear of a 1995 Honda. Afterward, he hit two cars that were in front of the Honda.
