Minivan and motorcycle collide in fatal New Jersey crash

The state of New Jersey has seen an alarming trend in fatal motorcycle accidents this year. In 2018, there was a statewide decrease over the previous year, 53 compared to 84, respectively. To that end, the governor recently signed a bill into law that will expand the use of ignition interlock devices in addition to revising other drunk driving penalties.

When are defective car parts recalled?

Understandably, you likely expect your car to get you anywhere you need to go in New Jersey safely and without hiccups. Unfortunately, manufacturing errors do occur, and some can be dangerous. If your vehicle has a safety-related defect, you might even be dealing with an auto recall.
